Fees

Pricing table comparing costs for one student and two students based on duration in minutes or hours. Costs are listed in yen for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 2 hours. The table has orange headers for one and two students.

*Plus the teacher’s transportation fee.

*A 30 minute lesson is available for only online lessons.

*Online lesson fees are the same as above, but have no transportation fee.

Lesson Style

We are flexible with the style of lesson you require, offering:

・One on one lessons

・Small group lessons

(if students are of a similar ability level)

・Corporate contracts

・Intensive courses for fast results

Times and Days

In general, our teachers are available for :

・Monday to Friday
8:00am to 8:00pm (JST)

・Weekends
8:00am to 4:00pm (JST)
*some teachers only

Location

We can offer in-person lessons at your office, home or at a cafe within central Tokyo. This includes:

  • Tokyo’s 23 wards

Payment Terms

We would appreciate it if you could pay us one month’s worth of lesson fees, a month ahead of time. This payment is not refundable.

We accept payment in person by cash or via bank transfer.

For online lessons, we accept PayPal.

We can provide invoices and receipts for you upon request.

Cancellation Policy

When you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please let the teacher know by 18:00 on the day before the lesson. If you cancel a lesson after 18:00, the fee will still be charged.
